Tomato ketchup20 g

Prepare Chilli Paneer

Step 1
Take a wok and add oil, diced onion, capsicum, chilli & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).

Step 2
Sauté for a minute. Then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce & vinegar with stock.

Step 3
Cook for a minute on a high flame. Then thicken the sauce with cornflour.

Step 4
Add paneer & some spring onion and toss over high flame.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with remaining spring onion and serve it hot.
