How to Make Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake

Prepare Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake

  • Step 1

    Take water in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla essence, oil, soft cake margarine, and MILKMAID® in a bowl and blend.

  • Step 2

    Now sieve baking soda, baking powder, and flour, and mix.

  • Step 3

    Add the mixture of baking soda, baking powder, and flour to the bowl and blend till it becomes lump free.

  • Step 4

    Bake at 180°C for 25 – 30 minutes.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Cut into pieces and serve.
