Ingredients

MAGGI® coconut milk powder50 g

Gula Melaka (dark palm sugar) + 2 tbsp water30 g

Sago30 g
-
Water200 ml
Prepare Sago Coconut Pudding

Step 1
Bring water to boil in a pot, then put the sago pearls in and stir.

Step 2
In another pan, boil coconut milk. (MAGGI® coconut milk powder + 100 ml water).

Step 3
Cool it down.

Step 4
In a pot, boil water and Gula Melaka. Cool it and refrigerate.

Step 5
To assemble, in a glass, add Gula Melaka, pour coconut milk and top it up with sago pearls.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve chilled.
